The Society joins amicus brief in fight to keep injunction against enforcement of in-person dispensing requirement for mifepristone

The Society of Family Planning has proudly joined the amicus brief filed yesterday in ACOG vs FDA. The amicus brief asks the court to deny the FDA’s recent motion to stay the injunction previously issued by the District Court. The injunction in question prohibits the FDA from enforcing the in-person dispensing requirement for mifepristone for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic. Full text of the brief and list of co-signing organizations can be found here.
