  • Restroom entrances are not equipped with an automatic door
  • Restrooms, including family and all-gender restrooms, are available at the venue

Entrances, corridors, stairs, and elevators

  • All lobby access points are equipped with automatic doors
  • Elevators provide access to all levels of the building
  • Exterior door thresholds are flush with the floor
  • Stairways include handrails

Dietary

  • Food allergies*
  • Specific dietary meal orders (Halal, Kosher)*

Service animals

  • The meeting venue welcomes service animals for meeting attendees, as required by the law. 

Sensory Lounge and kits

  • Request a sensory bag equipped with noise reduction headphones and fidget toys for use during the meeting*
  • Visit the Sensory Lounge for a cozy, quiet, and restorative space
