As the Research and Evaluation Manager of the Reproductive Health Access Project, Silpa is deeply dedicated to ensuring that people have access to high-quality and dignified sexual and reproductive health. She began her research career by working on a community-based participatory research project to explore best practices of integrating reproductive health care in primary care settings. She later worked for the Institute for Family Health managing and evaluating programs to strengthen family planning service delivery in primary care settings. Silpa received her Master of Public Health from Columbia University, Mailman School of Public Health.
