Clinical Research Coordinator III

As a Research Project Director in the Division of Family Planning at Emory University, Sarah coordinates clinical research and mentors Family Planning Fellows in their research. She has worked on abortion research examining women's pain and coping strategies, conducted qualitative research exploring chronic disease and contraceptive use, and collaborated on a project utilizing implementation science to develop a tool for initiating postpartum LARC. Sarah is looking to continue qualitative research in the abortion setting to gather women's stories and inform policy decisions. She hopes to connect with other researchers in the Society of Family Planning to share strategies and ideas.
